FIFA Women's World Ranking August 13, 2010 FIFA World Ranking

Few changes to note in this new edition of the Women's World Ranking FIFA / Coca-Cola: American women still enthroned above the table, followed by Germans, current champions of Europe and the world, and Brazilians who have not played for three months. The only change noted in the Top 10 is the entry of Denmark (10th, up 1) at the expense of PR China (14th, down 4) which registers is the worst ranking in its history. Australia is in a strong position since it recorded its highest ranking to date. Further down the table, Guyana made its first appearance in the rankings and would bring to 117 the number of member associations represented in the Women's World Ranking.

If in recent weeks, football Global naturally focused most of its attention to World Cup FIFA 2010 South Africa, the scene of women's football has however been very active since 75 international matches "A" were played, most of the qualifications framework for the FIFA Women's World Cup Germany 2011. Future hosts are alongside Australia, DPR Korea and Japan the top four teams qualified for the premier competition next year. The second half of 2010 already looks exciting and eventful.
